Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Other ICT Equipment (PBX Phone Systems, Handsets, Mobile/Smartphones, Routers/Wireless Radio Access Systems, Switches, Expansion/External Removable Drives) Interested Applicants should Accompany Their Applications with the following Information; • Cover Letter Indicating the Number of Lot[S]for Whichinterest is being Expressed. • Evidence of past Performance/Certificate of Merit Issued by a Legal Entity. • Original Deposit Receipt. • Certified Copy of the Original Certificate of Incorporation and Certified Copies of the Returns of the Company. • Acceptance of Application by the Hospital does not Guarantee the Award of Contract in Any Way. • Separate Envelopes should be Submitted for Different Categories. The Envelope shall Indicate “Lubaga Hospital Prequalification for Provision of Goods, Services, Works and Lot Number. Expressions of Interest must be Submitted by Courier, Post or Delivered at the Address Indicated below not Later than 31s't March 2022 at 10.00am, Bids will be Opened on the Closing Day at 10.30am in the Presence of Interested Bidders or Their Representatives.
