Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Solar Lanterns Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidd ng documents at the address given below as in 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:30pm for Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 12.00 noon on Fridays). The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a hand-written application to the address below as in 8 (b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand UGX 100,000. The method of payment will be cash to the Cashier, at the address below as in 8(b). Bids must be delivered to the address below as in 8(c) by 10:00am( 2nd July, 2021 .All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to UGX 45,000,000 I- and UGX 400,000,000 for those applying for VHT Reporting Tools. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below as in 8(d) at 10:05am 2nd, July, 2021. There shall be a Pre-bid meeting on 10th, June, 2021 at 02:00pm at the address below as in 8 (a) A. Issue Invitation to Bid : 2nd June, 2021 B. Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit : 10th,June, 2021 C.
