Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Toner Cartridge and Printing Ink A complete set of Prequalification Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on request from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX50, 000 per individual item. (b) The bidding document in English Language for placement of framework contracts may be purchased by interested bidders on request from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX100, 000 per individual item. The method of payment will be by cash (a) Bids For Placement of framework contracts must be accompanied by a signed bid securing declaration. There shall be no pre-bid meeting Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 14:00hrs on Friday 11th /11/2022 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 15:00hrs on Friday 11th /11/2022 A. Publish bid notice 13th /10/2022 B.
