Request for proposals are invited for Supply, Upgrade, Training and Support of F5 Big-IP Local Traffic Manager. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SUPPLY, UPGRADE, TRAINING AND SUPPORT OF F5 BIG-IP LOCAL TRAFFIC MANAGER Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over 1.8 million customers with services that can be accessed across our 77 branches, 188 ATMs and over 3,800 Center - Agents and other digital platforms. The Bank seeks proposals from competent firms for the supply, upgrade, training and support of F5 BIG-IP LOCAL TRAFFIC MANAGER Overview of the assignment The Bank intends to enhance the experience of its customers through fostering for the active utilization of its web services for all banking activities that generates a high volume of incoming traffic. The required solution should provide effective management of this traffic through balancing and diversion of transaction requests into the servers as well as ensuring effective performance and security of its core banking system(CBS), mobile Banking system (MBS), Agent Banking System (ABS), switching and internet banking solutions. The required level of service shall be achieved through the setup of two data centers in an active/standby mode. A complete set of Bidding documents in English can be purchased from the address below at a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000/= payable to the Bank-s Account Receivables Account at any of our branches. The account details shall be availed to potential vendors who express interest by submitting an application letter. The letter shall clearly indicate an official email addresses for future correspondences. All application letters shall be addressed as indicated below. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid document shall be issued or received on submission. Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked “Request for Proposals for supply, upgrade, training and support for F5 BIG-IP LOCAL TRAFFIC MANAGER” must be delivered by hand and registered at the Security Registration/Reception, LG Floor Mapeera House to the address below on or by Thursday 06th May, 2021 by 10:30am.
