Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Water Testing Quality Equipment/Services 1. Applicants are Required to Pay Non-Refundable Fees of Ushs. 52,500= (Fifty Two Thousand Five Hundred Shillings only) to Dfcu Bank. Mbale Branch a/C No. 01983501004693 of Mbale District Local Government for Any of the Items Listed above. 2. After Payment of Non-Refundable Fees in the Bank, Proceed to the District Cashier (Room No. 107) and Present the Bank Slip to Obtain a General Receipt Which You will Present to the Procurement and Disposal Unit (Room No. 212) to be Given a Pre-Qualification Document. 3. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be Held for All Applicants on 18th/08/2021 in the Lukhobo Hall. Malukhu Starting at 10.00 Am; And You are Advised to Attend before Filling the Pre-Qualification Documents. 4. The Duly Filled Pre-Qualification Document should be Sealed in an Envelope, Clearly Marked with the Words “Pre-Qualification For.................” and Addressed To: “the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Mbale District Local Government, p.o. Box 931. Mbale. It should then be Hand Delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit (Room No. 212) to be Registered and Placed in the Bid Box not Later than 11.00 am on 26lh August 2021.
