Description:
Tenders are invited for Technical Support to NURI RI Monitoring Survey Arua, Kitgum, Nebbi & Adjumani August - October 2021. Objectives: - to Finalise Data Collection Tool Design - to Identify and Assemble the Data Collection Team - to Collect Raw Data from The Field Locations - to Design Data Entry Screen for The Survey Data Collected - to Enter Raw Data Collected from The Field - to Carry out Analysis of Entered Data - to Write the Survey Report Covering All the Districts of Study. Scope of the assignment: The exercise will be limited to four districts; Kitgum, Nebbi, Arua and Adjumani. It will also include the settlements of Rhino camp and Palabek where some infrastructure projects were implemented. A total of 14 sub-counties; 5 in Arua, 3 Nebbi, 3 Adjumani, 3 in Kitgum and 2 settlements will be targeted based on the distribution of projects of assessment. The assessment areas will be limited to the performance indicators specified in the M&E framework however attempt will be made to capture some important general issues. The sample size will be 800 public works participants, 48 key informant interview respondents and 16 FGD qualitative data.
