- General Procurement notice for Uganda Skills Development in Refugee and Host Communities (Usdrhc) Project Education Sector The project will include the following components: 1. Component 1: Skills Development Fund (SDF) This component will support training institutions and enterprises to provide market-relevant skills training programs to refugees and host communities. 2. Component 2: Establishment of a new training facility and upgrading existing ones This component will support the construction of a new training facility and the upgrading of selected existing training institutions to improve access and quality of skills training. 3. Component 3: Capacity Building for Institutions and Stakeholders This component will support capacity building activities for institutions and stakeholders involved in the implementation of the project. 4. Component 4: Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation This component will support project management, monitoring and evaluation activities.
