• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Workshop Leasing Services • Single-user workshop of 1.000 square meters of land area, including the ground buildings of the workshop and the yard. Away from residential area and does not interfere with the surrounding environment. Shall be reformed as requested by COMPANY. • Available for the access of heavy trucks. Good transportation links to Kingfisher Oilfield worksite The workshop shall be within 60km distance from Kingfisher Oilfield worksite (1 hour-s truck drive distance). • Uninterrupted supply of power, water and lighting. Equipped with the related facilities and tools as required by the COMPANY. • Necessary supporting services, including office, accommodation. waste storage & transfer services, security service.
